edgemo has clear guidelines listed at edgemo.com in order for any registered person to submit a complaint.

You can submit a complaint to edgemo about any of the following:

  • The way in which your personal data has been processed.
  • The way in which your request for information about the processing of your personal data has been handled.
  • The way in which your complaint has been handled.
  • Appealing any decision made as a result of a complaint.

Complaints are submitted to our Compliance Specialist, Kamilla Egehav, by way of the contact form at the bottom of this page and/or by sending an email directly to Kamilla Egehav via keg@danofficeit.com.

Both complaints and appeals of complaints must be handled within 4 weeks. edgemo will notify you if for any reason, it will not be possible to process your complaint within the timeframe.
